STAMP CAMP! WHOO HOO!!
I have just had the most wonderful time away with some absolutely fabulous ladies at Port Sorell on a STAMP CAMP!!!! Just the thought of it brought so much joy to my heart, I couldn't wait for it to be here!! So finally this last weekend gone Esther and I were off on our very first STAMP CAMP!! WHOO HOO!!!!!
I've got some great pic's from the weekend and wanted to show them to you! Other than sleeping and eating (we did go for a walk on the beach, well at least Leanne, Heather, Esther and I did) all we did from 7.30pm Friday night to 2pm Sunday arvo was STAMPED!!! YAY!! YAY!! YAY!! My main goal was to scrap (I'm hoping to have some pic's of the pages I made in the coming days....weeks) but I also made some fun Christmas cards too. Of course when you attend an event like this it's hard to know what to take...... so I took EVERYTHING!!! Yes I'm not joking!!! Even my sewing machine came for the ride! he he he!!
The real highlight for me (other than the un-interrupted stamping fun) was the wonderful company and fellowship I had with my awesome friends! It was soooo super duper, we just had a ball!!!! Even food was catered for so when it was meal time we just stopped, ate and then stamped again!! No real clean up!! Can you I hear you cheering!?! Any mum's/woman's dream is to be on holiday and not prepare food!! LOVE IT!
So without any more waffle on how fabbo it was, here are some pic's for you to enjoy......
Wonderful, happy Belinda
(super scrapper and "Perfectly Rustic" girl!)
Esther and I- adorable baby, happy mum!
One of the projects that I was working on
Eating our lunch in the sunshine on Saturday
Leanne and Esther!
Love those smiles!!
All of us....
Belinda, Leanne and Esther, ME,
Anna(another super scrapper and fun person to hang with!!)
Sarah and Sandra
(Teresa had already left and Heather joined us for Sat eve)

My sweet "old" Friend
A few weeks ago I was able to hang out and do some stamping with my wonderful friend Heath! We've know each other since we were little girls!! She's one of those friends that really are now family to us, Allan hangs with Justin (her man) and the kids play wonderfully together!! We've been pregnant twice together with our boys and girls and in the last 2 years we've shared our love of stamping!!! I remember when Heather said to me...
"I've crossed over Sharn, it's no longer a hobbie but an addiction!!!" Don't we all remember that!!! he he! So with the table spread with goodies we were as happy as could be! :)
Since the new catty was released we had our eye on some of the amazing projects that it beheld
and so we finally had a chance to sit and do some CASING!! YAY! :)
There are lots more that we like and are hoping to tick those off our list tonight when we hang out again!!! YAY! YAY! YAY!
Hope your weekend is full of great times with people you love,
Smiles Sharnee :)

Is it? or NOT??
I'm in a little bit of a pickle..... you see I'd like to make a BOY card!! Not just any cute little 3, 4, 5... 8 or 9 year old card but a TEENAGE BOY CARD!!!! ARHHHHHH!! Yes I can hear you now, perhaps you've even run away from your computer at the thought of it but never-the-less we ALL need them at some point and I've wanted to showcase some of the wonderful new colours that Stampin' UP! are offering and also make some male cards too for stamp club this month!
So my question to you wonderful people: Does this tick the male, young person, teenager box?!?
Now though I'm probably leaving my self wide open for a slamming, I do want you to be honest! After all honesty is the best policy and I'd rather hear it from you, my talented card maker friends then.... well.... the wings are to show off the great window sheets and the polka dot, well who doesn't love their BIG SHOT, then the crown and splodges are inspired from page 52 in the catty and when you buy clothes for young people they are full of colour and brightness! ...enough of the babbling!! I NEED YOUR HELP!
I'm excited (and a little scared!) to hear what you have to say!

Just Add Ink Challenge #38
There was no way that I wanted to miss out on this cute, fun and very worthwhile JAI challenge! Breast cancer is a serious deal and the more awareness we have about these horrible diseases the better this world will be!! Check out this site HERE for more info on fantastic event ideas or do your own special thing with some wonderful girlfriends!!
So with all that the theme was to make a card etc with PINK and BLING!!! Just saying that brings a smile to my face!!
Well I went "OFF", and did the whole MORE IS MORE (yes the saying is actually Less in MORE! he he) and glittered and pinked and sparkled and pinked some more to make this card for my little friend who is turning 4 on Friday!!! (sorry Carli that you see it first here, but it's way more sparkly and fun in person!!)
Here's a close up of the wing detail! I love new glitter and Window sheets we (stampin' Up! now carry, sooo much fun!!)

Inkspirations Colour Challenge #42
On Sunday my wonderful little man celebrated his 7th birthday!! I was running short of time with his card and so turned to the colour challenge Keesh has at the moment!! Here are the fun colours...
And here is my card! I love making buntings with the flags from the Party this way set! I was a little disappointed that his card wasn't more "FUN" but that was well taken care of with my super friend - Heather's card! WOW OH WOW!!!! (Have to post that for you to see!) I did however stamp on the inside (something I NEVER do but thought I'd try a little "KIM" she always stamps on the inside of her wonderful cards!)
Now for the celebrations!! We had a family afternoon tea on Saturday, and then went bowling with some of his special friends on Sunday (his actual birthday)
Well that's it for me, I hope to pop in and say Hi again soon, it's Allan's birthday tomorrow so it's been a big week!
Smiles and hugs SHarnee :0)
Zeke is 7

Loving the Owl
I'm not sure about you but I LOVE the owl punch!!! I know there are A LOT of cards out there at the moment showing off this sweet little fellow so I thought I'd join them and show you this one I made!!
It's very basic but that's the beauty about this fabulous punch!!! Just punch the owl a few times in assorted card stock and build till your hearts content!! :0)
Also if you don't have him (the owl I mean) yet then go to the very talented Amanda at Stamp in Style and go in the draw to win a FABULOUS little gift pack!!! It's that easy!
Well I hope that your weekend was a super one and that your Monday is also going wonderfully!
