Scrap and Music Sketch #26 - Logical Song

It's my birthday month, the wonderful MAY and I was in need of a scrap page with ME in it!! I already have a Mother's Day page for the kitchen calander so with the groovy sketch at Scrap and Music I ended up doing a page just about.... well me!

I've found that pages on yourself are a bit tricky, I'm not sure why, I guess it just seems weird! So I went with my absolute FAV colours ( Calypso Coral, Crisp cantaloupe & Smokey slate,) embellishments (doilies, buntings and vintage) combining it with the words from the "Logical Song" - "Who I am!"

The bunting is made with Washi tape, my flowers with the Spiral flower die and the film strip with On Film framelits. The DSP was my all time fav from the pack of Watercolour Wonder. I like the mix of my own handwriting and the stamped words too!
My amazing sister took this photo of me, I did have one without my giggly face but this seemed to fit more of who I am, Allan agreed too so that was the photo!

Beautiful layout. I love your colour combo and the white film strip is a very elegant touch. Thanks for playing at Scrap & Music.

This layout really made me smile. It suits you so well with the soft vintage & floral elements. Love the pic of you too. Hugs, D
